AN ACT making a supplementary appropriation of federal funds out of
the treasury from the balance of federal moneys remaining
unappropriated for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of
June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-nine, to the department
of transportation - state rail authority, fund 8733, fiscal
year 1999, organization 0804, supplementing and amending the
appropriation for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of
June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-nine.
WHEREAS, The governor has established the availability of
federal funds for continuing programs now available for expenditure
in the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand
nine hundred ninety-nine, which are hereby appropriated by the
terms of this supplementary appropriation bill; therefore
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending the
thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-nine, to
fund 8733, fiscal year 1999, organization 0804, be supplemented and amended by increasing the total appropriation by five hundred
ninety-nine thousand four hundred nineteen dollars in the line item
as follows:

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to
supplement this account in the budget act for fiscal year ending
the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-nine,
by adding five hundred ninety-nine thousand four hundred nineteen
dollars to the existing appropriation for unclassified-total for
expenditure during fiscal year one thousand nine hundred ninety- nine.
